Bruschetta Burger A 1/2 pound of fresh beef topped with minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion and provolone cheese. Served on grilled foccacia bread with a side of mayo.
Mushroom Burger A 1/2 pound beef patty with sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Served on a Kaiser roll.
Black and Bleu Burger A 1/2 pound beef patty sprinkled with cajun spices then grilled to order. Smothered with fresh bleu cheese crumbles.
